PVC Environmental Policy
With the continuous strengthening of China’s constraints on the resource and energy industry, coupled with the gradual tightening of the overall environmental protection policy requirements, the PVC industry has entered a stage of high-quality development from high-speed development. For example, the “Calcium Carbide Industrial Pollutant Emission Standards (Draft for Comment)”, etc., the restrictions on calcium carbide production capacity will further restrict the expansion of calcium carbide polyvinyl chloride capacity. In addition, in March 2021, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region officially issued the “Several Safeguard Measures on Ensuring the Completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan” Energy Consumption Dual Control Target Task” requiring that a series of high-energy industries such as calcium carbide and polyvinyl chloride will no longer be approved during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period.
PVC related industrial policies:
Publication time | Policy documents | Publishing department | Main content |
