01 / Applications and trials

Plan a trial for your application

Trace manganese premix

Simulate filling and transport vibration. Sample multiple points to check blend uniformity.

Uniformity after filling

After a simulated transport cycle, sample at different fill heights for manganese. Record particle size compatibility with the carrier.

02 / Quality and acceptance

Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

Include the intended grade or current specification in the enquiry. Use the table to compare selection criteria and inspection conditions. The specification agreed by both parties defines the contractual limits. ENVO · Manganese Gluconate product information ↗

Property Unit Published or agreed specification Test conditions and checks
Manganese content % by mass ENVO published specification 11–12% For the listed product only. Confirm the charge using the as-received batch COA.
Loose or tapped bulk density g/mL Agree for the filling process Specify loose or tapped density. Use the same filling procedure and cylinder volume.
Content uniformity Relative standard deviation (%) Agree against the project blending specification. Sample at the beginning, middle and end of discharge. Record each location and its result.

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

03 / Packaging and delivery

From samples to commercial delivery

Packaging and receiving

ENVO lists 25 kg fibre drums with PE inner bags. Confirm net weight, units per pallet and label revision.

Storage and handling

Require clear lot and hydrate markings. Sample multiple positions rather than testing only the coloured surface powder.

Sample and order lead times

State food category, sales market, pilot quantity and required arrival date. Confirm MOQ, batch documents, availability and remaining shelf life separately for samples and commercial orders.

04 / Troubleshooting

Questions from the plant

Is a size mismatch between the mineral and carrier causing segregation?

Simulate packaging and transport vibration, then sample several positions to assess uniformity.

How can we detect segregation when total batch manganese is correct?

Compare manganese at the start and end of discharge and at the bag bottom. Include the reference material’s particle-size distribution.

Report a delivery or batch issue

Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Elemental manganese, hydration state, Bulk density.
