Frequently asked questions
Before you place an order
Can I enquire without knowing the exact grade?
Yes. Describe the intended use, target function or current material. We can then discuss the grade and properties you need.
Does a catalogue name confirm the supply specification?
Use the catalogue to identify candidate materials. Confirm the actual grade, specification, packaging, minimum order and lead time for your request.
How do I request a sample?
Choose the sample option in the enquiry form and describe the application, purpose of the trial and target properties. We can then agree the quantity and delivery arrangements.
Which attachments are accepted?
Attach up to five PDF, Word, Excel, TXT, CSV, JPG, PNG or WebP files. Each file can be up to 10 MB, with a combined limit of 20 MB.
How do I know my enquiry was saved?
The confirmation page displays your enquiry reference. Keep it for follow-up. If a connection error occurs, follow the instructions on the page to retry.
Does acknowledgement confirm a quotation?
The acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We will agree the price, specification, delivery and other commercial terms separately.
Can I download a TDS, SDS or COA directly?
Product documents must match a grade, revision or batch. Request these through the document form. The resource centre provides general purchasing worksheets.
Can I add information after submitting?
Contact us by email or WhatsApp, quote your enquiry reference and include the additional information.
