When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
Published examples include 25 kg woven bags with PE liners and 1,000 kg bulk bags. Check the MCP name, form and item code before ordering.
Storage and handling
Inspect bag condition, caking, lot and water-soluble phosphorus on the COA. Quote availability separately from warehouse arrival.
Sample and order lead times
State premix or pelleting trial size, replenishment quantity and receiving warehouse. Confirm MOQ, preparation time and plant arrival separately for samples, pallets and split orders.
The example label identifies feed-grade MCP. Confirm whether water-soluble phosphorus is a contractual limit.

The published listing distinguishes specifications with and without this requirement. If needed, specify the method and lower limit in the contract and lot report.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check total and water-soluble phosphorus, Calcium content, particle size and dust.
