Liquid detergents
Normalize the liquid grade to active matter. Compare hard-water detergency, foaming and cold appearance.
Powder cleaning formulations
For a powder grade, compare flow, dissolution residue and moisture uptake after blending.
Purchase specifications and incoming inspection
Include the intended grade or current specification in the enquiry. Use the table to compare selection criteria and inspection conditions. The specification agreed by both parties defines the contractual limits. Henan Aslan Chemical · AOS powder and liquid technical data ↗
| Property | Unit | Published or agreed specification | Test conditions and checks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Active matter | % by mass | Aslan published example: powder ≥92, aqueous solution ≥35 | Check active matter as a mass fraction of the as-received product and the method used for each grade. |
| Inorganic salts | % by mass | Aslan example: sodium sulfate limits of 5.5 for the powder and 1.0 for the liquid. | Report in mass %. List sodium chloride separately and accept the two forms independently. |
| Low-temperature stability of the liquid grade | °C and appearance | Specify the offered grade and transport conditions. | Record agreed refrigeration or temperature-cycling conditions and reassess after warming. |
When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
Confirm net weights, active matter and unloading conditions separately for liquid drums and powder bags. Do not estimate from appearance.
Storage and handling
State the liquid temperature range or the powder liner and units per pallet. Keep separate retained samples for each form.
Sample and order lead times
Compare quotations by active matter, as-supplied net weight and packaging. State destination and receiving facilities and request MOQ, sample dispatch and commercial arrival dates.
Questions from the plant
Why does the product dissolve slowly or become non-uniform at low temperature?
Compare dissolution, foaming and rinsing at target water hardness and temperature.
Why did switching from liquid to powder raise viscosity without changing cleaning power?
Account separately for active matter, water and salts contributed by each grade. Retest viscosity across the intended temperature range.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check carbon chain distribution, Active matter, unsulfonated matter and salts.
