01 / Applications and trials

Plan a trial for your application

Premix powder flow

Use the target carrier to compare blend uniformity, flow and weighing accuracy.

Calcium and phosphorus calculations for solid formulations

Calculate both elemental calcium and phosphorus. Compare at equal particle grade using the same mixer.

02 / Quality and acceptance

Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

Include the intended grade or current specification in the enquiry. Use the table to compare selection criteria and inspection conditions. The specification agreed by both parties defines the contractual limits. ENVO · Tricalcium Phosphate product information ↗

Property Unit Published or agreed specification Test conditions and checks
Calcium and phosphorus % by mass Request measured calcium and phosphorus separately. Label results as elemental or oxide equivalents and use a common reporting basis.
Particle size distribution µm or % sieve residue Specify for the feed system State sieve opening and percentage passing. For fine or agglomerated material, specify dispersion and sieving procedures.
Loose or tapped bulk density g/mL Agree for the filling process Specify loose or tapped density. Use the same filling procedure and cylinder volume.

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

03 / Packaging and delivery

From samples to commercial delivery

Packaging and receiving

ENVO lists 25 kg PE-lined composite bags. Confirm order-specific net weight, units per pallet and label revision.

Storage and handling

Match the pack name to the exact salt. Check for fines segregation while weighing and sampling.

Sample and order lead times

State food category, sales market, pilot quantity and required arrival date. Confirm MOQ, batch documents, availability and remaining shelf life separately for samples and commercial orders.

04 / Troubleshooting

Questions from the plant

Why does a low-density blend settle or flow irregularly?

Compare blend uniformity, flow and weighing accuracy with the intended carrier.

Can tricalcium phosphate replace dicalcium phosphate gram for gram?

Compare salt forms and calcium-to-phosphorus ratios. Recalculate each contribution, then check particle size and powder flow.

Report a delivery or batch issue

Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check calcium-to-phosphorus ratio, Particle size distribution, Apparent density.
