When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
Ask for granule size, colour and net weight and confirm a moisture-barrier liner. Samples should match the granule grade to be supplied commercially.
Storage and handling
Sample several locations on receipt and assess whether segregation or fines affect downstream blend uniformity.
Sample and order lead times
State active component, destination market, packaging grade and receiving conditions. Request separate details for sample carriage, MOQ, document preparation and expected arrival.
Questions from the plant
Why does a laboratory stain-removal result disappear in a low-temperature cycle?
Fix wash temperature, duration and standard stain cloth. Compare with and without the activator.
Does the TAED tonne price establish the cost of bleaching?
Include active TAED, the oxygen source and the stain removal achieved per use in the intended programme.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check activator content, particle distribution, dispersibility.
