01 / Applications and trials

Plan a trial for your application

Flexible PVC compounding

Keep resin and plasticizer loading fixed. Compare fusion time, hardness and tensile properties.

Migration in flexible articles

Select the contact medium and temperature. Compare mass change, surface exudation and hardness retention.

02 / Quality and acceptance

Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

Include the intended grade or current specification in the enquiry. Use the table to compare selection criteria and inspection conditions. The specification agreed by both parties defines the contractual limits. ENVO · Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) catalogue and specifications ↗

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

03 / Packaging and delivery

From samples to commercial delivery

Packaging and receiving

Check drum label, CAS number and SDS before accepting liquid. Establish which ester the abbreviation DOP identifies.

Storage and handling

Agree net weight, seals and residual-liquid handling for drums or bulk containers. Keep a lot-specific colour sample.

Sample and order lead times

State the finished part, machine trial quantity and routine order size. Match trial and commercial grades and agree MOQ, load unit, lead-time start and arrival.

04 / Troubleshooting

Questions from the plant

Can our formulation use this phthalate plasticiser?

Review substance restrictions for the finished article before comparing hardness, migration and volatile loss.

Do two offers marked DOP identify the same ester?

Request the full chemical name, CAS, SDS and COA for each. Match identities before comparing price and PVC trials.

Report a delivery or batch issue

Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check exact chemical identity, Acid value, ester content and target-market requirements.
