When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

Packaging and receiving
Label feed and agricultural grades separately. Request the pack label matching the batch.
Storage and handling
Keep an original sealed sample and repacking record to prevent cross-contamination or mixing of trace powders.
Sample and order lead times
State premix or pelleting trial size, replenishment quantity and receiving warehouse. Confirm MOQ, preparation time and plant arrival separately for samples, pallets and split orders.
Questions from the plant
Can crystal colour establish copper assay?
Use colour as a receipt observation. Release against elemental analysis and identity testing.
How can we reduce local high copper levels at low inclusion?
Check the reliable weighing range and predilution procedure. Verify with copper results from several positions.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Elemental copper, Hydration state, Specified impurities.
