Set up the comparison

Calculate the elemental zinc introduced by the weighed amount of the proposed lot. Compare it with the finished batch size and label review, retaining separate fields for zinc and compound weight.

Measurements to record

Elemental zinc (mg/g). Align the units and calculate the target zinc quantity from the same batch COA. Dissolution or dispersion behavior (min or % residue). Fix addition rate, water composition, agitation, temperature and standing time. Compare residue and precipitate. Record the sample ID and method revision for repeat testing.

Interpreting the results

Use the assay for the lot and grade actually offered. Have the responsible team verify the value used for labelling.
