01 / Applications and trials

Plan a trial for your application

Disperse dye pastes

Fix dye solids and grinding conditions. Compare fineness, filtration and particle growth during storage.

Dye bath dispersion stability

At target water quality and heating profile, compare specks, precipitation and filter residue.

02 / Quality and acceptance

Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

Use these properties to compare grades within the product family. Example figures refer to the cited grade or source. Confirm the offered specification, packaging and lead time in the quotation. Zhejiang Hongxin · NNO dispersing agent ↗

Property Unit Published or agreed specification Test conditions and checks
Dispersing power Relative % Agree for the grade and end use Test using the same dye and reference samples agreed by buyer and supplier.
Inorganic salts % by mass Agree for the grade and end use Distinguish sodium sulphate, other salts and total ash.
Filter residue mg or grade Agree for the grade and end use Agree heat treatment, filter material and sample quantity.

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

03 / Packaging and delivery

From samples to commercial delivery

Packaging and receiving

Store powder in moisture-resistant bags identified by grade. State the as-received active basis on the quotation.

Storage and handling

Request representative lot data on powder colour, salt content and dispersing performance. Identify damp samples separately.

Sample and order lead times

Compare quotations by active matter, as-supplied net weight and packaging. State destination and receiving facilities and request MOQ, sample dispatch and commercial arrival dates.

04 / Troubleshooting

Questions from the plant

Why do specks appear on line despite acceptable grind fineness?

Repeat under representative high temperature and hard water. Check thermal stability and reagglomeration.

Is a dispersing-power value of 100 equivalent across suppliers?

Align the reference sample, reference dye and method before comparing.

Report a delivery or batch issue

Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Dispersing power, Inorganic salts, Filter residue.
