When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

Packaging and receiving
Identify Mn-EDTA explicitly. Request label details for elemental manganese and carrier.
Storage and handling
Check the lot for water solubility and moisture uptake. After transit inspect agglomeration and solution clarity.
Sample and order lead times
State trial use, application season and latest warehouse receipt. Confirm MOQ, dispatch point and expected arrival for samples, initial orders and peak-season replenishment.
Questions from the plant
Does more total EDTA necessarily mean more chelated manganese?
Request elemental manganese results and the chelated manganese method and basis. Ligand addition alone cannot establish the result.
Can a blended micronutrient powder replace a single manganese source?
List accompanying iron, copper and zinc. Recalculate their contributions in the complete formulation.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Water-soluble manganese, Chelated manganese, Formulation compatibility.
