When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
State acid concentration, contact material and unloading connection. Select the container against the SDS and carrier conditions.
Storage and handling
Qualified personnel should inspect seals against the SDS on arrival and verify corrosion-resistant tank and logistics requirements.
Sample and order lead times
State trial use, application season and latest warehouse receipt. Confirm MOQ, dispatch point and expected arrival for samples, initial orders and peak-season replenishment.
Questions from the plant
Will two water sources with the same pH require the same acid dose?
Measure alkalinity and construct a titration curve for each source. Compare demand at the same endpoint.
Will phosphoric acid change the existing fertiliser programme?
Include phosphorus from acidification in the full nutrient budget and recheck target concentrations.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Phosphoric acid assay, Phosphorus nutrient content, Specified impurities.
