When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
Specify anhydrous or monohydrate form, unit net weight and liner. Review agricultural use separately from a food catalogue label.
Storage and handling
Keep bags sealed. Inspect moisture and lumps and retain the working-water sample and a raw material sample.
Sample and order lead times
State trial use, application season and latest warehouse receipt. Confirm MOQ, dispatch point and expected arrival for samples, initial orders and peak-season replenishment.
Questions from the plant
Can a fixed acid mass adjust every water source?
Water alkalinity and fertiliser buffering differ. Verify the target with representative site water.
Why did stock pH change after switching to monohydrate?
Recalculate to equal acid equivalents and retest. Check the source water and order of salt addition.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Titratable acidity, Hydration state, Water-insoluble matter.
