01 / Applications and trials

Plan a trial for your application

Detergent neutralization feedstock

Compare active content, free acid and color after neutralization.

Cleaning formulations

At the same degree of neutralization and water quality, assess cleaning, foaming and rinsing.

02 / Quality and acceptance

Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

Use these properties to compare grades within the product family. Example figures refer to the cited grade or source. Confirm the offered specification, packaging and lead time in the quotation. Hebei VKESN · Specification for LABSA free acid ↗

Property Unit Published or agreed specification Test conditions and checks
Active matter % by mass Hebei VKESN LABSA 96 published value ≥96 State the analytical method for acid-form LABSA.
Free sulfuric acid % by mass Hebei VKESN LABSA 96 published value ≤1.5 Titrate separately. Total acidity is not a substitute for this measurement.
Free oil % by mass Hebei VKESN LABSA 96 published value ≤2.0 Check the extraction method or other specified procedure.

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

04 / Troubleshooting

Questions from the plant

Why is the neutralised product darker than the standard?

Check incoming colour, free oil and neutralisation history. Use parallel blind samples.

Is the lowest tonne price necessarily the best offer?

Compare delivered cost per unit of acid-form active matter, including freight, then add neutralisation costs.

Report a delivery or batch issue

Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Active matter, Free sulfuric acid, Free oil.
