Why is the neutralized product darker than the reference?

Raw material color, free oil and neutralization conditions all affect final color. Observations at different concentrations cannot be ranked directly.

Retain color samples before and after neutralization

Under laboratory supervision, prepare current and candidate samples in parallel using the same formulation and controlled process. Apply one color method and retain both stages with process records to locate the change.

Isolating the cost of acid-form active matter

At CNY 9,000 per tonne delivered and 90% acid-form active matter, a tonne of product supplies 900 kg of active material at CNY 10 per kilogram. Account for neutralization and production losses separately before estimating finished-product cost.

Is the lowest tonne price necessarily the best offer?

Compare delivered cost per unit of acid-form active matter, including freight, then add neutralisation costs. Detergent neutralization feedstock: Compare active content, free acid and color after neutralization. Cleaning formulations: At the same degree of neutralization and water quality, assess cleaning, foaming and rinsing.

Checking Active matter and Free sulfuric acid

Active matter (% by mass): State the analytical method for acid-form LABSA. Free sulfuric acid (% by mass): Titrate separately. Total acidity is not a substitute for this measurement. Free oil (% by mass): Check the extraction method or other specified procedure.
