Use actual irrigation water at a specified temperature. Check dissolution, filter residue and crystallization on standing.
Nitrogen-free phosphorus and potassium formulations
Use P₂O₅ and K₂O fertilizer labeling bases in the formulation calculation. Check blend compatibility separately.
Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
Request a moisture-resistant liner, bag net weight, nutrient declaration and photograph of lot markings. Check stacking requirements for pallet transport.
Storage and handling
The solution trial report should state minimum water temperature and water composition. Check restrictions on mixing with calcium fertilisers.
Sample and order lead times
State trial use, application season and latest warehouse receipt. Confirm MOQ, dispatch point and expected arrival for samples, initial orders and peak-season replenishment.

Why are precipitates forming or emitters blocking?
Run a compatibility trial with actual irrigation water and the intended calcium and magnesium fertilisers.
Are 52 and 34 in “0-52-34” elemental phosphorus and potassium?
They are expressed as P₂O₅ and K₂O equivalents. Convert to a common elemental or oxide basis before comparing cost and formulation.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check phosphate and potassium nutrient basis, Water-insoluble matter, Chloride and sodium.
