When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
Specify water-soluble grade, particle grade and original label. Review transport classification for the SDS and route.
Storage and handling
Store and segregate as required by the SDS. Keep sealed and dry and record moisture-related caking.
Sample and order lead times
State trial use, application season and latest warehouse receipt. Confirm MOQ, dispatch point and expected arrival for samples, initial orders and peak-season replenishment.
Questions from the plant
Does declared K₂O equal the mass of elemental potassium in the product?
K₂O is an oxide-equivalent nutrient declaration. Convert to the same basis before comparing with elemental K.
Why does a clear room-temperature solution crystallise overnight?
Test the actual stock concentration, temperature cycle and salt mixture. Check the margin below saturation.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Nitrate nitrogen, Water-soluble potassium (as K₂O), Water-insoluble matter.
