When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

Packaging and receiving
Confirm the triple-salt grade, powder packaging and transport requirements. Preserve traceability through repacking and bulk handling.
Storage and handling
Record storage after opening and the active-oxygen retest interval. Do not convert the entire commercial mixture using the molecular weight of KHSO₅ alone.
Sample and order lead times
State active component, destination market, packaging grade and receiving conditions. Request separate details for sample carriage, MOQ, document preparation and expected arrival.
Questions from the plant
Does the mass of the compound salt equal the active ingredient dose?
Request an SDS and COA specifying composition. Verify oxidant demand in the intended process.
Are available oxygen and potassium peroxymonosulphate content the same acceptance property?
Specify the available-oxygen basis, active ingredient and corresponding methods separately. Compare like results.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check active oxygen, active component, acidity and moisture.
