Cleaning in hard water
At actual hardness and temperature, compare soil removal, rinse residue and scale.
Cement or mortar set retardation
Compare setting time and strength with project cement and admixtures. Record ambient temperature.
Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
ENVO’s industrial listing specifies 25 kg plastic bags. Confirm bags per pallet, net weight and traceable lot numbers.
Storage and handling
Record bag positions if caking or water stains are visible. Retest moisture and solubility before release.
Sample and order lead times
State treatment scale, trial quantity and acceptable packaging. Request minimum quantities, preparation times and arrival dates for lab samples, pilot lots and routine replenishment.
Questions from the plant
How should we investigate deposits in hard-water cleaning or a change in process time?
Compare metal-ion control at the target hardness and operating conditions.
Should the same gluconate assay produce the same retardation with different cements?
Fix the water-to-binder ratio and temperature. Compare setting curves for each cement source to establish an acceptable window.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Assay, Reducing substances, Water-insoluble matter.
