Low-dose sweetener premixes
Collect samples from multiple points in the same mixing process. Check dispersion uniformity and finished sweetness.
Clear beverages
Compare sweetness and aftertaste in the same beverage base, under identical heat treatment and at the same storage intervals.
Purchase specifications and incoming inspection
Include the intended grade or current specification in the enquiry. Use the table to compare selection criteria and inspection conditions. The specification agreed by both parties defines the contractual limits. ENVO · Sucralose product information ↗
| Property | Unit | Published or agreed specification | Test conditions and checks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Assay | % on a dry basis | ENVO published specification 98.0–102.0 | Applies to the stated neat powder. Declare the active proportion separately for carrier-based dilutions. |
| Particle size distribution | µm or % sieve residue | Specify for the feed system | State sieve opening and percentage passing. For fine or agglomerated material, specify dispersion and sieving procedures. |
| Moisture | % by mass | ENVO published specification ≤2.0% | Review the neat powder and the carrier-diluted preparation against separate specifications. |
When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
Chemical identity

The values refer to the compound indicated. Confirm hydrate form, solution concentration and blend composition for the commercial grade.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
ENVO lists packs including 10 kg or 25 kg drums. Confirm order-specific net weight, units per pallet and label revision.
Storage and handling
Request a clear label, inner pack size and lot number identifying neat or diluted product to avoid equal-weight dosing errors.
Sample and order lead times
State food category, sales market, pilot quantity and required arrival date. Confirm MOQ, batch documents, availability and remaining shelf life separately for samples and commercial orders.
Questions from the plant
Why does sweetness vary across units at a low addition rate?
Sample several positions in the same mixing process. Check dispersion uniformity and finished-product sweetness.
How can we distinguish poor blending from variation in neat sucralose?
Retain neat powder, premix and samples from different packing positions. Compare the spread in assay and sensory results.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check active fraction, carrier description, Particle size.
