Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
State single- or multicomponent system and distinguish make-up from replenishment. Check drum material and net weight.
Storage and handling
Define workpiece material, cleaning line and process window. Review the actual shipment against its SDS.
Sample and order lead times
State the concentration or hydrate, initial net quantity, destination and unloading method. Confirm minimum order, pallet or truckload quantity, dispatch point and arrival date separately.
Questions from the plant
Can thin conversion films be released by colour alone?
Measure zirconium by the agreed method and test the coated article. Record an untreated substrate blank.
Why does steel pass while aluminium fails in the same bath?
Check pretreatment, rinsing and bath conditions separately for each metal.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Bath control parameters, Zirconium per unit area, Coating corrosion resistance.
