When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
Request the feed-grade inner label and declared elemental manganese content. Receive by lot.
Storage and handling
Check fines and manganese in samples from different bag positions. Assess caked lots separately.
Sample and order lead times
State premix or pelleting trial size, replenishment quantity and receiving warehouse. Confirm MOQ, preparation time and plant arrival separately for samples, pallets and split orders.
Questions from the plant
Why can the fine material at the bag bottom test high when the bulk manganese assay passes?
Simulate conveying vibration. Compare size fractions and elemental manganese at the top and bottom, then review carrier matching.
Can a MnSO₄ label be treated as elemental Mn?
Check whether the label reports salt or elemental manganese and verify the lot’s hydration state.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Elemental manganese, Particle size, Specified impurities.
