Compare compression behavior, extruded appearance and carbon black dispersion rating in equal-hardness formulations.
Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
Distinguish powder from pellets. Ask for pellet strength, pack size and closed conveying requirements.
Storage and handling
Take representative pellet samples and retain sieve residue. Match N-series grade, lot number and COA.
Sample and order lead times
Specify colour code, surface treatment or filler grade and whether a single lot is required. Confirm trial quantity, MOQ, retention across lots and arrival.
Questions from the plant
Why can deeper black increase viscosity or alter mechanical properties?
Define whether reinforcement or pigmentation is the goal. Compare under fixed mixing or grinding conditions.
Does equal iodine adsorption mean equal reinforcement?
Compare oil absorption, particle structure and actual dispersion. Evaluate compounds at equal mixing energy.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Specific surface area, Oil absorption number, dispersibility.
