When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
Distinguish agricultural and feed grades. Match hydrate and batch on the inner and outer packs.
Storage and handling
Check for moisture exposure in transit and screen residue. Keep samples and preparation-water records for any abnormal lot.
Sample and order lead times
State trial use, application season and latest warehouse receipt. Confirm MOQ, dispatch point and expected arrival for samples, initial orders and peak-season replenishment.
Questions from the plant
Does a MnSO₄ label percentage equal the nutrient percentage?
Check whether the report expresses salt or elemental manganese. Convert using as-received elemental manganese.
Can the existing dose and tank-mixing procedure be retained after switching to manganese EDTA?
Calculate on water-soluble manganese. Recheck ligand, sulphur and behaviour at the target pH.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Water-soluble manganese, Hydration state, Water-insoluble matter.
