When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
Declare fertiliser grade, hydrate such as monohydrate or heptahydrate, and water-soluble zinc result. Match the lot label.
Storage and handling
Keep dry. Check post-transit moisture, caking and filter residue and store separately from feed materials.
Sample and order lead times
State trial use, application season and latest warehouse receipt. Confirm MOQ, dispatch point and expected arrival for samples, initial orders and peak-season replenishment.
Questions from the plant
How should tonne prices for zinc sulphate monohydrate and heptahydrate be compared?
Calculate cost per unit of as-received water-soluble zinc. Then check freight and repacking.
Does a clear spray solution establish compatibility in concentrated stock?
Repeat at the actual stock concentration and minimum water temperature, taking source-water alkalinity into account.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Water-soluble zinc, Hydration state, Water-insoluble matter.
