01 / Applications and trials

Plan a trial for your application

Industrial water oxidation

Under the approved project conditions, compare target contaminant removal and residual oxidant.

Textile or pulp bleaching

Hold substrate and existing process fixed. Compare whiteness, damage and lot concentration.

02 / Quality and acceptance

Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

Review these properties when selecting and inspecting incoming material. Example figures refer to the cited grade or source. Confirm the offered specification, packaging and lead time in the quotation. NHMRC · Hydrogen peroxide in water treatment ↗

Property Unit Published or agreed specification Test conditions and checks
Hydrogen peroxide assay % by mass Confirm against the offered grade and purchase specification Specify the assay required on receipt and when the sample is taken.
Stability % retained Confirm against the offered grade and purchase specification Agree the test temperature, duration, container and decision criteria.
Metal impurities mg/kg Confirm against the offered grade and purchase specification List the elements to control according to stability and sensitivity of the intended application.

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

03 / Packaging and delivery

From samples to commercial delivery

Packaging and receiving

Check dedicated container, seal and receiving equipment against the actual concentration. Do not transfer packaging requirements from another liquid.

Storage and handling

Supplier, carrier and receiving team should verify the current SDS before transit. Follow site safety procedures for abnormal containers.

Sample and order lead times

State active component, destination market, packaging grade and receiving conditions. Request separate details for sample carriage, MOQ, document preparation and expected arrival.

04 / Troubleshooting

Questions from the plant

Can two stabilised hydrogen peroxide grades of equal concentration be interchanged?

Check stabiliser, metal impurities and downstream residue limits. Trial both under the same process conditions.

How should a lower result on arrival be investigated?

Compare transit duration, environmental conditions and sampling method. Use a same-lot retain to distinguish transit change from measurement differences.

Report a delivery or batch issue

Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Hydrogen peroxide assay, Stability, Metal impurities.
