When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

Packaging and receiving
Specify mineral or other origin, form, dry basis and lot. Confirm the moisture-resistant liner.
Storage and handling
Protect against moisture and lot mixing. After storage, use the same soluble-fraction method. Any solubility claim must match the target water.
Sample and order lead times
State trial use, application season and latest warehouse receipt. Confirm MOQ, dispatch point and expected arrival for samples, initial orders and peak-season replenishment.

How should two high-content humate offers be compared?
Align extraction and analytical methods, wet or dry basis and ash basis. Compare measured samples.
Does floc formation on mixing with calcium mean the humate has failed?
Repeat at actual hardness, pH and mixing concentration. Record filter residue and settling.
Report a delivery or batch issue
