Tablet feeder compatibility
Check tablet diameter, mass, strength and operating records against the material and sizes specified by the equipment manufacturer.
Purchasing granular material
Compare screen aperture, fines and breakage after handling. Review the end-use label separately.
Purchase specifications and incoming inspection
Include the intended grade or current specification in the enquiry. Use the table to compare selection criteria and inspection conditions. The specification agreed by both parties defines the contractual limits. ENVO public product information · Verify against the ordered grade and lot ↗
| Property | Unit | Published or agreed specification | Test conditions and checks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tablet weight and diameter | g / mm | Match the specified dosing equipment. | Record breakage after transport. Apply tablet criteria only to tablets. |
| Available chlorine | Mass fraction | Agree for the actual tablet or granule grade. | Compare the batch result for the same form with the purchasing limit. |
| Dissolution behavior | Time or release profile | Agree for the specified equipment and water quality. | Report temperature, flow rate, tablet form and endpoint together. |
When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.

From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
ENVO lists 25 or 50 kg plastic drums. For tablets, check layer separators, tablet dimensions and the limit for transport breakage.
Storage and handling
Match specification, SDS and shipping documents to the same formulation. Check the seal and product name on each drum.
Sample and order lead times
State active component, destination market, packaging grade and receiving conditions. Request separate details for sample carriage, MOQ, document preparation and expected arrival.
Questions from the plant
What if tablets dissolve unevenly or do not fit the feeder?
Provide feeder dimensions and flow conditions. Check integrity and consistent feeding using representative tablets.
What if the bulk delivery contains more fragments than the sample?
Agree the fragment definition, sampling locations and acceptable fraction in the contract. Photograph the opened drum and compare with the retained dispatch sample.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Available chlorine, tablet weight and dimensions, dissolution test conditions.
