Use the same active aluminum basis in raw-water trials. Compare turbidity after coagulation, pH and filtration.
Drinking-water project review
Obtain the documents required in the project market. Check impurity limits and intended use before testing under the water plant’s conditions.
Purchase specifications and incoming inspection

When approving a sample, record the grade, methods, limits and specification revision. On receipt, match the packing lot number to the lot-specific COA and record the measured values and release decision.
From samples to commercial delivery
Packaging and receiving
ENVO lists 25 kg bags for solids. Identify flakes, crystals or granules on the shipping documents and match unloading arrangements to the hopper.
Storage and handling
Check hydrate form, iron content, bag damage and moisture exposure. Retain samples by lot.
Sample and order lead times
State treatment scale, trial quantity and acceptable packaging. Request minimum quantities, preparation times and arrival dates for lab samples, pilot lots and routine replenishment.
The aluminium sulfate label distinguishes net from gross weight. Request the pallet breakdown for the shipment before calculating the load.
Questions from the plant
Why does clarification change with raw-water alkalinity?
Record raw-water pH and alkalinity and compare turbidity and sludge volume in jar tests.
Can the aluminium contents of aluminium sulphate and PAC directly establish dosing cost?
Convert both to Al or Al₂O₃ on the same basis. Compare actual doses required for the same effluent target on the same water.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check Alumina equivalent, Iron content, Insoluble matter.
