Tires or thick rubber parts
At the same thermal history, test scorch, state of cure and properties inside and at the surface of the article.
Predispersed ingredient sourcing
Compare compatibility with the base rubber by active content and carrier type.
Purchase specifications and incoming inspection
Review these properties when selecting and inspecting incoming material. Example figures refer to the cited grade or source. Confirm the offered specification, packaging and lead time in the quotation. LANXESS · TBBS rubber accelerator catalogue ↗

Provide the full chemical name, TBBS abbreviation, required form and specification.
Report a delivery or batch issue
Include the order number, lot number from the package, label photos and inspection records for the affected lot. When retesting, check TBBS assay, Initial melting point, Volatiles.
